I've always rented homes and due to work I searched for an apartment, I spoke with lots of complexes and wind river crossing ... was definitely the most professional, kind and quick to work with. I have lived here for 3 years, and I am perfectly happy. I haven't had any maintenance issues that weren't resolved very ... quickly, and my neighbors have all been friendly and courteous. Your staff is amazing. I only had 3 weeks to find a place and move to Austin from Denver for a new job Samantha was wonderful. ... I didn't get to come to Austin to see the apartment. Samantha took the time out to send me pictures so I can see what everything looked like. This is my first apartment. Never been through this process. She walked me through everything. I really do appreciate that. There aren't people out there willing to help anyone out like that. There has been some maintenance issues but I put a work order in within 2 days the problem was fix.
